Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use this service in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

No harassment, threats, or illegal content.
No impersonation, scams, or misuse of platform features.
Respect user boundaries and moderation decisions.
No attempts to bypass bans, duplicate blocked accounts, or automate access with bots.

Account and enforcement

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. INSTACAM may suspend or remove accounts that violate policy or threaten platform safety.

Depending on severity, actions may include warning, temporary restriction, or permanent closure without notice.

Payments and subscriptions

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing cycles, and feature access are shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Unless otherwise required by local law, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage billing from your account settings.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows are usually scheduled between 02:00 and 05:00 UTC.

INSTACAM may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve quality, compliance, or safety.
